中文摘要:
      针对传统的常权评价容易导致“状态失衡”,提出一种公路路线方案变权重优选模型。首先,根据方案优选影响因素构建指标体系,运用AHP和变权重理论计算评价指标的变权重系数;然后,基于以上各影响因素及其权重,构建变权重-TOPSIS公路路线方案综合评判模型,再对各方案优越度进行计算,得出最优方案。采用该模型对湖南省某二级公路A点至B点的四个方案进行评价,所得结果比传统的评判方法更贴近工程实际,表明该优选模型工程可行性和有效性较高。
英文摘要:
      Against the “state out of balance” phenomenon that occur in the models which use constant weights,a variable weight evaluation model is presented.Firstly,constructing the index system based on the influencing factors of optimizing schemes,then using AHP and variable weight theory to determine the weight coefficient which impact the route program evaluation;Secondly,based on the above factors and their weights,build VW-TOPSIS road routes schemes comprehensive evaluation model,then calculate each program by using the sorting method which can approximate the ideal solution to get their comprehensive excellent degrees.This rating system was applied to evaluate the four route projects of the highway from A to B,which is part of a second-class highway in Hunan province.The results were more closer to engineering actualities than traditional method.It is revealed that this optimum selection model has high feasibility and validity.
