In this paper,a stochastic SIR model is investigated.Sufficient condition for the existence of the unique global positive solution is established by constructing suitable Lyapunov function and It formula.Based on the result,it proves the asymptotic behavior of disease-free equilibrium of the stochastic model.Under a simple condition,the maximum value of the upper limit of the stochastic model's solution was obtained. |
