| 为研究帕瑞昔布钠对急性腰椎间盘突出症患者机体微炎症状态、疼痛程度的治疗效果,选取本院收治的急性腰椎间盘突出症患者为观察对象,分别给予曲马多(对照组),帕瑞昔布钠(观察组)治疗。结果显示,在给药后的2 h、12 h、24 h,两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。在给药48h后,与对照组相比,观察组VAS评分、炎症因子、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平显著降低,β-内咖肽(β-EP)水平显著增高,不良反应率显著降低。帕瑞昔布钠缓解急性腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度和减轻炎症反应比曲马多的作用强,且不良反应发生率低。 |

| In order to study the efficacy of the parecoxib sodium on the microinflammation state and the degree of pain of the patients with acute lumbar disc herniation, the patients with the acute lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects, the control group was given tramadol, and the observation group was given parecoxib sodium. Results showed, after 2 h,12 h and 24 h, the difference of visual analogue score (VAS) of the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After 48 h of administration, compared to the control group, the VAS scores, the levels of inflammatory factors and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) were significantly lower, while the level of β-endocapeptide (β-EP) was significantly higher, and the rate of adverse reaction was significantly lower in the observed group. In conclusion, parecoxib sodium is more efficacious in relieving pain, reducing inflammatory reaction and has less advise reaction than tramadol in patients with acute lumbar disc herniation. |
