| 为观察关节松动对乳腺癌术后肩关节功能障碍患者的治疗效果,选取乳腺癌术后肩关节功能障碍患者为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规的器械及渐进式康复操训练,观察组实施关节松动技术手法治疗。采用CMS评分和FLIC评分分别用于评价两组患者治疗前后肩关节活动度和生活质量。结果显示,治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组前伸、后伸、外展、前屈、内旋、外旋评分显著升高,健康状况和社会适应性良好、肌力增强、关节活动范围增大。结果说明,关节松动对乳腺癌术后肩关节功能障碍患者的治疗效果较好,可明显改善患者的生活质量,具有较好的应用效果。 |

| To observe the therapeutic effect of joint loosening on patients with shoulder joint dysfunction after breast cancer operation, the patients with shoulder joint dysfunction after breast cancer operation were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group. CMS score and FLIC score were used to assessed the therapeutic effect of the two groups. The results showed that scores of forward extension, extension, abduction, flexion, internal rotation and external rotation in the observation group were significantly increased after treatment compared with the control group. The health condition and social well-being were higher, and the muscle strength was increased, the range of joint activity was increased. These results indicated that joint loosening had better therapeutic effect on patients with shoulder joint dysfunction after breast cancer operation, which could obviously improve the CMS score and FLIC score of patients, and had better application effect. |
