| 分析院前急救对急危重症有机磷农药中毒患者皮质醇和甲状腺功能的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。100例急危重症有机磷农药中毒患者,对照组(n=50)采用常规院内急救,院前急救组(n=50)患者采用院前急救联合院内急救。分析两组患者的治疗效果及皮质醇和甲状腺功能的变化。结果显示院前急救组患者的胆碱酯酶恢复时间、症状消失时间、住ICU时间及住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),死亡率明显降低(P<0.05)；对照组和院前急救组患者治疗后躯体指标、精神指标、情感指标、生理指标、认知指标及社会指标均明显升高(P<0.05),皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且院前急救组患者的上述指标升高更显著(P<0.05)。结果表明院前急救能有效改善急危重症有机磷农药中毒患者异常的皮质醇和甲状腺功能。 |

| The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of pre-hospital emergency treatment on cortisol and thyroid function in patients with acute and severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.100 patients were divided into two groups according to the way of first aid:the control group (n=50) treated with routine in-hospital first aid, and the pre-hospital first aid group (n=50) treated with pre-hospital first aid combined with in-hospital first aid. The therapeutic effect and the changes of cortisol and thyroid function in the two groups were analyzed. The results showed that the recovery time of cholinesterase, disappearance time of symptoms, ICU time and hospitalization time in the pre-hospital emergency group were significantly shortened (P<0.05), and the mortality rate was significantly reduced (P<0.05); the physical, mental, emotional, physiological, cognitive and social indicators in the control group and the pre-hospital emergency group were significantly increased after treatment (P<0.05). The levels of cortisol, adrenocorticotropic hormone, TT3 and FT3 were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the above indexes were significantly increased in pre-hospital emergency group (P<0.05). So prehospital emergency treatment is effective for patients with acute and severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, and can effectively improve abnormal cortisol and thyroid function. |
