| 分析丙戊酸盐联合奥氮平对双相障碍躁狂发作患者的临床效果及对脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和T3水平的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。回顾性分析本院2016年7月到2018年1月期间诊治的双相障碍躁狂发作患者的临床资料,分析丙戊酸盐联合奥氮平的临床治疗效果(观察组,n=80)及对BDNF和T3水平的影响。以本院同期采用奥氮平单独治疗的患者为对照组(n=80)。结果显示:与治疗前相比,对照组和观察组患者治疗后临床总体印象量表-双相障碍版( CGI-BP)、Young狂躁量表(YMRS)、Montgomery-Asberg 抑郁量表(MADRS)评分明显降低(P<0.05)；同时观察组的患者的上述评分变化比对照组患者变化更显著(P<0.05)；与治疗前相比,对照组和观察组患者治疗后BDNF水平明显升高而T3水平明显降低(P<0.05)；同时观察组患者的上述因子变化比对照组患者变化更显著(P<0.05)。因此,丙戊酸盐联合奥氮平对双相障碍躁狂发作患者有较好的临床治疗效果,且能有效调控异常的BDNF和T3水平。 |

| The aim of this study was to analyze the clinical effect of valproate combined with olanzapine on bipolar manic episode and its effect on BDNF and T3 levels.The clinical data of patients with bipolar manic episode from July2016to January 2018were analyzed retrospectively. To analyze the clinical effect of valproate combined with olanzapine (observation group, n=80) and its influence on BDNF and T3 levels. Patients in the same period were treated with olanzapine alone as control group (n=80).The results showed that compared with before treatment, YMRS, MARDS and CGIS-BP scores of control group and observation group were significantly lower after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The changes of BDNF and T3 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The changes of the above factors in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group (P<0.05).So valproate combined with olanzapine has a better clinical effect on bipolar manic episode, and can effectively regulate abnormal BDNF and T3 levels. |
