| 探索黑色素瘤组织中人体表皮生长因子4(HER4)、群集分化44(CD44)的表达情况及其临床病理学功能,并进一步探讨HER4 和CD44对患者预后的影响。选取本院经病理确诊并收治的共93例黑色素瘤患者采集肿瘤组织标本,并应用免疫组织化学方法检测病理组织中HER4及CD44表达的情况。研究结果发现HER4在黑色素瘤组织中过度表达,并且与患者预后有密切的关系。这提示通过干预HER4的过度表达可能成为延缓或控制黑色素瘤病程发展的可行方法。 |

| To investigate the expression of human epidermal growth factor4(HER4), cluster of differentiation 44 (CD44) and its clinicopathological function in melanoma and its influence on the prognosis of the patients. a total of 93 cases of melanoma were collected from our hospital, which were confirmed by pathology and admitted to our hospital. The samples of tumor tissues were collected and detected by immunohistochemical method for HER4 and CD4 in pathological tissues. The results of this study showed that there is a over expression of HER4 in the tissues of melanoma and is closely related to the prognosis of the patients. It suggests that reducing the overexpression of HER4 may be a feasible method to delay or control the progression of melanoma. |
