      为了探讨纳米碳在腔镜甲状腺癌中央区淋巴结清扫中的临床应用价值,将2016年3月至2017年3月间接治的26例甲状腺癌患者随机分成观察组(纳米碳组)和对照组,比较两组行中央区淋巴结清扫后淋巴结检获数目、转移的淋巴结数目、误切的甲状旁腺情况以及手术时间、一过性低血钙发生率。结果两组淋巴结检获数目、转移的淋巴结数目、发现甲状旁腺例数相比差异均具显著意义(P<0.05);两组的手术时间、一过性低血钙发生率相比,差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。表明纳米碳在腔镜甲状腺癌中央区淋巴结的清扫中可取得良好应用效果,能有效清除淋巴结并减少甲状旁腺的误切。

      For exploring the clinical application of carbon nanoparticles in central compartment lymph node dissection in endoscopic surgery of thyroid carcinoma, 26 patients with thyroid carcinoma treated from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group (carbon nanoparticle group) and contrast group. The numbers of resected lymph nodes and metastasis lymph nodes, the condition of mal-cut parathyroid glands, the operation time and the incidence of post-operative transient hypocalcemia between two groups were compared. The numbers of resected lymph nodes and metastasis lymph nodes were significantly different between two groups (P<0.05); the operation time and the incidence of post-operative transient hypocalcemia were not significantly different between two groups (P>0.05). The carbon nanoparticles play an important role in central compartment lymph node dissection and in protecting the parathyroid gland.
