| 探讨血清游离DNA(cf-DNA)定量检测在宫颈癌早期诊断和临床预后判断中的应用价值。将本院收治的48例宫颈癌患者作为研究组,同时选取健康女性50例作为对照组,使用电化学发光分析仪检测所有研究对象的血清cf-DNA、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC)、β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的浓度,比较两组研究对象之间的差异。结果显示,宫颈癌患者血清中SCC、β-HCG、血清cf-DNA的浓度相对于健康妇女来说有明显升高(P<0.05),而CA125、CA19-9的水平变化不大；cf-DNA灵敏度及特异度高于CA125、CA19-9、SCC、β-HCG；宫颈癌患者临床分期为Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期的患者和癌细胞低分化程度的患者血清中cf-DNA水平显著高于Ⅰ期患者和中、高分化程度的患者(P＜0.05),血清cf-DNA和临床病理组织分型无明显的相关性。因此,血清cf-DNA水平可以作为宫颈癌早期诊断和临床预后判断的一个标准。 |

| To investigate the value of serum cf-DNA(cell-free DNA, cf-DNA)quantitative detection in early diagnosis of cervical cancer and prognosis. 48 cases of cervical cancer patients as the research group, and 50 cases of healthy women were selected as the control group, electrochemical luminescence analyzer was used to detect the serum levels of cf-DNA, Carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC), β-human chorionic hormone (β-HCG) and the difference between the two groups wascompared. The serum levels of SCC, -HCG and serum cf-DNA were significantly higher than those of healthy women (P<0.05), and the levels of CA19-9 and cf-DNA were not significantly different. The sensitivity and specificity of cf-DNA were higher than the CA125、CA19-9、SCC、β-HCG;The clinical stage of cervical cancer patients were significantly higher than those in patients with stage II, III, and in patients with low differentiation. The results showed that Serum cf-DNA level can be used as a standard for early diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer, and it has a good specificity and sensitivity for diagnosis of cervical cancer, and the operation method is simple and feasible, and can be widely used in clinic. |
