      目的初步建立99mTc-二乙撑三胺五乙酸(P>99mP>Tc-DTPA)肾动态显像半排时间的参考值。方法用P>99mP>Tc-DTPA肾动态显像的方法,得到健康供肾者左肾、右肾的半排时间,以及男性和女性的左肾、右肾的半排时间。使用SPSS13.0统计软件对研究结果进行分析。结果健康供肾者的半排时间11.26±3.94 min, 左肾11.05±3.96 min,右肾11.48±3.93 min;男性10.47±4.50 min,女性11.37±3.60 min;青年组9.68±3.64 min,中年组11.41±3.68 min,老年组12.92±5.48 min。左肾和右肾之间,男性和女性之间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。中年组和老年组与青年组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),而中年组与老年组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。与131I-OIH肾图肾脏半排时间比较,P>99mP>Tc-DTPA肾动态显像肾脏半排时间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论初步建立P>99mP>Tc-DTPA肾动态显像半排时间的参考值,为临床提供客观的诊断指标。
英文摘要:
      ObjectiveTo establish the reference value for half maximum time of P>99mP>Tc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging.Methods P>99mP>Tc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging method was used to get the half maximum time(HMT) of left kidney, right kidney in healthy kidney donors, as well as men and women left kidney, right kidney HMT.We used the SPSS13.0 statistical software.The findings were evaluated by using frequency distribution analysis,paired t test,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ResultsFor the healthy kidney donors, the HMT of kidney was 11.26±3.94 min, the left kidney was 11.05±3.96 min,the right kidney was 11.48±3.93 min,the man kidney was 10.47±4.50 min,the woman kidney was 11.37±3.60 min,the young people kidney was 9.68±3.64 min,the middle-aged people kidney was 11.41±3.68 min,the old people kidney was 12.92±5.48 min . Between the left kidney and the right kidney,men and women, HMT had no significant differences . Comparing the middle-age group and the old group with the young group,there is a significant difference. Between the old and middle-aged group, there was no significant difference. Comparing the mean value of the kidney HMT of 131I-OIH renography with that of P>99mP>Tc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging, we found a significant difference.ConclusionPreliminary establishing the reference value for the half maximum time of P>99mP>Tc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging will clinically provide objective diagnostic index.
