| 目的探讨脑内微创穿刺清除术联合局部亚低温治疗早期脑内血肿的临床疗效。方法对43例早期脑内血肿行微创穿刺清除术联合局部亚低温，与同期保守治疗的31例患者进行对比研究，观察神经功能改善状况，以及3个月后随访临床预后。结果微创手术术后第14天临床神经功能缺损评分即有显著好转(P<0.05)，临床预后好，提高了患者的生活质量(P<0.05)。结论微创穿刺清除术联合局部亚低温治疗是治疗脑内血肿切实可行的、安全有效的方法。 |

| ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical advantages of microinvasive craniopunture scavenging technique(MPST) combined with deuto-hypothermy on the treatment of early intracerebral hematoma.Methods43 cases of early intracerebral hematoma were treated with microinvasive craniopunture scavenging technique combined with deuto-hypothermy,which was compared with the conservative treatment of 31 patients over the same period to observe the nerve function to improve the situation,and the clinical prognosis.ResultsAfter microinvasive craniopunture scavenging technique combined with deuto-hypotherm,postoperative neurological deficit scores at the 14th d,significantly improved(P<0.05),the clinical prognosis was better(P<0.05) after 3 months.ConclusionMicroinvasive craniopunture scavenging technique combined with deuto-hypothermy on the treatment of early intracerebral hematoma were practicable and safe for early intracerebral hematoma. |
