| Due to the continuous development of the revolutionary situation,the party's focus shifted from the countryside to the city,and the southern large liberated areas needed a large number of leading cadres.The policy formulation of cadres in the south during the period of the liberation war was a major strategic deployment of the CPC central committee.It was also an important condition for the CPC to successfully liberate China and establish a new regime.The south-down cadres from all the old liberated areas made up the south-bound task force and went to the provinces and cities of the south.Among them,the cadres of Hengyang in the south are mainly from Shanxi and Henan provinces.They have made great contributions to the liberation and construction of Hengyang. |
