| 大学生就业难是一个现实问题,更是一个社会问题,涉及经济发展、民生改善以及社会稳定。要有效缓解就业难问题,需要各方通力合作与共同努力。文章通过对我国高校大学生就业政策历史回顾与解读,分析了大学生就业与创业的现状与问题,提出了应从加大政策支持、构建服务体系、完善工作机制、增强创新创业能力等方面来予以解决。 |

| College students' employment difficulty is not only a real problem, but also a social problem, which relates to economic development, people's livelihood improvement and social stability. To effectively ease the problem of employment, the parties need to work together and take joint efforts. Through review and interpretation of China's college students employment policy history,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of college students' employment and entrepreneurship,and puts forward the ways of strengthening the policy support and service system construction, improving the working mechanism,and enhancing the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. |
