      文章从研究西方马克思主义“消费异化论”出发,对消费异化理论的定义、表现及现实意义进行了阐述,分析了现代休闲养生消费中存在的消费异化现象,并结合我国经济发展现状提出应转变休闲养生消费观念,培养正确的价值观;完善休闲养生消费结构,实现人的自由和全面发展;发挥媒体的引导作用,倡导适度消费,平衡消费矛盾。
English Summary:
      The thesis begins with the study of western Marxist consumptions alienation theories and states the definition, expression and realistic significance of consumption alienation theories. It also analyzes consumption alienation existing in modern leisure health consumption and proposes people to change their leisure health consumptions concept to improve the structure of leisure health consumption with the guidance of media which promotes moderate consumption to balance consumption conflicts.
