      在经济全球化的背景下,高管团队有效性在企业效益中起着关键性的作用。文章在前人研究的基础上,提出了九个假设,并随机抽取了5个地区30个企业高管团队作为研究对象,实证研究了交互记忆系统对高管团队有效性的影响,研究结果证实了交互记忆系统三个维度中只有专长维和可信维对高管团队有效性有显著的正向促进作用。
English Summary:
      Under the background of economic globalization,the top management team effectiveness plays a key role in enterprise benefit.The paper put forward nine assumptions and randomly selected thirty top management teams of five regions as the research objects based on study of predecessors, empirically studied the impact of interactive memory systems on top management team through literature review,questionnaires and other methods.The results confirmed that out of the three dimensions of transactive memory system only speciality and creditability had significant and positive effect on team effectiveness.
