| 文章以商业银行中间业务理论为基础，选取建设银行2004年至2012年有关数据，运用计量分析方法对影响建行中间业务的因素进行实证分析，得出总资产的对数、净资产收益率、资本充足率与中间业务收入正相关，存款占总资产比例、贷款占总资产比例与中间收入负相关的结论，并提出一些政策建议。 |
| English Summary: |
| This paper is based on the theory of intermediary business of commercial bank. It selects the relevant data of construction bank from 2004 to 2012, using econometric analysis method to make an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the construction bank’s intermediary business. It is concluded that the logarithm of total assets, net assets income ratio and capital adequacy ratio are positively related to intermediary business income；savings ratio of total assets and loans to total assets ratio are negatively related to the intermediary business income，and then it puts forward some policy suggestions. |
