| 文章首先分析了非正式制度影响下的农村突发事件中公众心理危机的发生发展机理，然后对农村突发事件中公众的个体风险认知和群体风险沟通、风险认知中的非正式制度因素进行了识别，并在此基础上提出了规避非正式制度对农村突发事件中公众心理危机的负面影响的相关措施。 |

| This paper analyzed the appearance and development mechanism of the public mentality crisis in rural unexpected events under the influence of informal institutions ,then identified the informal institution factors of the public’s individual risk cognizance , community risk cognizance and risk communication in rural unexpected events. On the basis of the frontal information , the paper had given some measures to avoid the informal institutions’ bad impacts on public’s mentality crisis in rural unexpected events. |
