| 作为弱势群体的拆迁户，在与政府、开发商悬殊的利益格局对弈中，“钉子户”有其特殊的个体原因，一是道德认识薄弱，存在攀比心理、观望从众心理、趋利求富心理；二是道德情感困惑，他们对弱势地位的困惑、对公平正义的失望，对积怨的发泄需求。文章从道德心理学的角度阐述“钉子户”的各种道德认识和道德情感表象，进而分析拆迁户各种道德行为的原因，并试图探讨和谐拆迁的伦理途径。 |
| English Summary: |
| Rejecters to the building demolition as one of the relocated households are vulnerable groups during the distributing interest games with the government and real estate developers. The reasons that they have become “nail households” are as follows: Firstly, their moral cognition is weak, and they have comparison psychology, watching psychology and seeking benefit psychology. Secondly, their moral feelings, such as those of vulnerable position, fairness and justice, outlet of piled-up grievances are bewildered. The paper mainly focuses on kind of moral cognition and moral emotion representation of rejecters to the building demolition from the perspective of moral psychology. Then it analyzes the reasons for their ethical behavior, and attempts to discuss the way to harmonious demolition. |
