      客观、有效的绩效评价有利于医院改进服务质量、提高管理的科学性和降低成本。我国已开展的医院分级管理评审取得了显著成绩,新的《综合医院评价标准》也更加全面、具体,但公立医院绩效评价工作仍存在一些不足。文章通过与英、美等国的对比,基于对历史与现状的认识,提出了我国公立医院评价主体多元化、评价要素丰富化、评价结果公开化等建议。
English Summary:
      Objective and effective performance evaluation helps hospitals improve medical quality, improve the science of management, and reduce cost. Recently we have made remarkable results from hospitals’ grading management and review. New evaluation criterion of general hospitals is more comprehensive and concrete than before. But there are also some deficiencies in evaluating public hospitals’ performance. Through contrasting our evaluation with Britain’s and America’s this paper gives some advices based on cognization of history and current situation. These advices involve multiple main body, plentiful contents, and public results of hospitals’ performance evaluation.
