| In accordance with the law, marriage and procreation right, as fundamental rights of citizens, can be enjoyed by all university students. This new-introducing policy mirrors a stable prioritization and improvement of our laws and regulations. However, a series of new corresponding problems arise as well. So how to distinct accurately and treat rationally this problem is a practical task demanding urgent research and investigation for administrators of educational institutions. |
