| Based on EPC model, this article analyze the key factors of the model using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. We set up a relation diagram of the schedule control for nuclear power construction, and propose the management mechanism of the schedule control for nuclear construction. In addition, we suggest that scientific management should be used in the schedule control for nuclear construction. |
