| Transational university is an important part of higher educational system, and when it’s transformed its orientation should be readjusted. As transational and local small and medium size college, the University of South China complies with the new trend of higher education development. The scientific orientation is really conducive to the development of guidelines for university management. Developing characteristic can enhance the core competitive power. Strengthening connotation can improve the abilities of service industry and locality, promoting the university's sustainable development. |
