| 文章以49家湖南省上市公司为研究对象，对其2007～2009年的年报中的环境信息披露情况进行了统计和分析，结果表明，越来越多的湖南省上市公司开始在年报中披露环境信息，且披露的环境信息趋于多样化，但现阶段湖南省上市公司环境信息披露程度仍比较低。最后提出了完善上市公司环境信息披露的若干建议。 |

| The paper puts a survey on the environmental disclosure in the annual reports in 2007～2009 of 49 listed companies in Hunan Province.It concludes that more and more listed companies begin to disclose environmental information in the annual report, and the disclosure of environmental information had increasing diversification, but at this stage the quality of environmental information disclosure is still low, and finally it points out some propositions on the environmental information disclosure of listed companies. |
