| As a methodology to do real-time processing, disruption management focuses on the handle and management of regular events disturbance. It bases on the nature of various practical matters and events disturbance, establishing some corresponding optimization model to pose the best restructuring plan for policymaker after the emergencies. This article is on the basis of the disruption management which is a new concept, creating the disruption management model on emergencies of exporters, analyzing the function of process and each module and giving advices. |
