      文章基于信任整合模型,从组织内个体信任的视角,建立了员工个体特征(包括能力特征与品质特征)与分享决策之间的关系模型,并实证检验了二者之间的作用关系。研究表明,信任,主要是个体间的情感信任与认知信任,在个体特征与知识分享决策间的关系中,发挥着关键的中介作用,个体特征主要通过影响个体间的信任水平,影响着企业组织内个体的知识分享决策。
English Summary:
      This paper examines empirically the relationship between personal traits, including integrity and ability, and knowledge sharing via interpersonal trust perspective. The result shows that interpersonal trust, especially affection-based trust and cognition-based trust are the key mediators to the relationship between employees’ personal traits and their knowledge-sharing decisions. Moreover, employees’ good personal traits improve knowledge sharing in organization mainly through affecting the level of interpersonal trust.
