| 利用统计指标对中部FDI的利用质量分析表明：在经济增长、就业增长、人力资本贡献、产业结构升级、出口方面的质量总体上不断提高，但明显低于全国利用FDI在这些方面的质量；虽然在某些指标方面，中部FDI的利用质量高于全国，但中部利用FDI在这些指标方面的质量整体上不高。 |

| The paper analyses the quality of utilization of FDI with statistical indicators in central region. The result shows that the quality of utilization of FDI is being continuously improved over time judging by economic growth, employment growth, human capital contribution to the industrial structure and export, but significantly lower than the quality of FDI in entire country. While the quality of utilization of FDI in central China is higher in other indicators than in entire country, but the quality of utilization of FDI as a whole is low. |
