| 《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中指出，“校园文化具有重要的育人功能”回顾和总结改革开放以来高校校园文化建设的历史发展基本情况，是新时期搞好高校校园文化建设的客观需要，也是促进高校德育发展的客观需要。从校园文化建设的实践来看，改革开放以来我国高校校园文化的发展轨迹大致可分为四个阶段：自发恢复阶段（1978-1985）、探索调整阶段（1986-1991）、健康发展阶段（1992-2003）和全面深化阶段（2004—）。 |

| The construction of the idea of university relates to the higher education philosophy inevitably.At present higher education philosophy based on epistemology,politics,life theory and the wisdom,are popular in China and abroad.This article compared these four kinds of different higher education philosophy view,analyzed the inherent communication and the logical agreement nature,then constructed university si ding idea system under the philosophy perspective. |
