| This article analyses core competence thoroughly in five parts: elements, basic characters, major formative factors, appraise indices and cultivate phases .It points out that corporations must establish, cultivate and apply its core competence systematically in order to keep its predominance in drastic market competitions.Only keeping up with the pace of network economy, considering the network economy’s unprecedented influence on enterprise’s operation and reforming the old organizational structure and business process, can we do improve the core competitiveness of our enterprises. |
