| Technology importation,assimilation and re-innovation is the basis of implementing the strategy of independent innovation, and the peculiarity of the process demands the government to play the role of guidance. In the past time the government didn’t do very well in this aspect. So,the government should improve its work. This means that the government should guide and examine strictly before the process of technology importation, assimilation and re-innovation ,organize and harmonize well in the process of it ,and monitor and serve thoroughly after the process of it. |
