| 乡村文化建设在新农村建设中起着不可替代的作用，然而在社会转型的关键时期，乡村文化建设由于各种原因出现了一系列的问题，作者在2007年下半年至2008年初在对湘南的衡阳县、衡南县等一些离城市稍远的乡村实例调查的基础上，试从乡村文化的各个层面入手，指出加强乡村文化建设应从公共文化资源建设、培养新型农民、统筹城乡文化和构建健康文化体系与监督体制以及保护、发展乡村特有的人文和自然的环境文化资源这几个方面采取措施。 |
| English Summary: |
| Rural cultural construction plays an irreplaceable role at present. However, in the crucial period of social transition, a range of issues have appeared in the construction of rural culture for a variety of reasons. On the case investigation (from the second half of 2007 to early 2008) of some Southern Hunan villages( e.g. Hengyang County and Hengnan County) which are slightly distant from the city's villages, the author tries to get down to the bussiness as followes: the costruction of public cultural resources, the training of new farmers, the planning of urban and rural culture as a whole, the building of cultural health system and supervision system and the protection, development of the unique humanity and cultural environment resource. |
