      为提高换热器性能,在雷诺数Re为500~3000范围内,通过数值模拟方法研究三角翼涡流发生器的15 种不同布置方式对平直翅片管式换热器的传热和流阻特性影响。结果表明:在涡流发生器布置排数相同时,涡流发生器越靠近迎风侧,换热因子j提升幅度越大;所研究的15种排列j/jR均随Re数的增大而增大。大部分情况下的f/fR随着Re数的增大而增大。换热器迎风侧前两排加装涡流发生器(即caseB1布置方式)的翅片管式换热器的JF提高了10.15%~11.12%,综合性能最佳。综合考虑,可以认为合理地选择性布置涡流发生器将取得较好的换热效果。

      In order to improve the heat exchanger performance, the effects of 15 different arrangements of delta-wing vortex generators on the heat transfer and flow resistance characteristics of a flat finned tube heat exchanger are investigated by numerical simulation in the range of Reynolds number 500-3000. The results show that the closer the vortex generator is to the windward side, the higher the Colburn factor j is when the number of rows of vortex generators is the same, and the j/jR of the 15 arrangements under study increases with the increase of the number of Re. The f/fR in most cases increases with increasing Re number. The fin-and-tube heat exchanger with the first two rows on the windward side of the heat exchanger retrofitted with vortex generators (i.e., caseB1 arrangement) has the best overall performance with an increase in JF of 10.15% to 11.12%. Taken together, it can be assumed that a reasonably selective arrangement of vortex generators will achieve better heat transfer results.
