      研究单个感染细胞的细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(cytotoxic T lymphocytes,CTL)免疫反应的HTLV-Ⅰ(人类嗜T细胞病毒)感染模型的稳定性,考虑到细胞被感染和感染细胞被杀死的时间对该模型的影响,利用Schauder不动点定理和泛函微分方程稳定性理论,得到了在不同时滞下模型平衡点的局部稳定性的产生条件。最后,选取合理参数进行数值模拟,验证了所得结论。
英文摘要:
      This article mainly studies the stability of the HTLV-Ⅰ (human T-cell lymphotropic virus) infection model for the CTL (cytotoxic T lymphocytes) immune response of single infected cells, considering the influence of the time of cell infection and infected cellsbeing killed on the model. Using Schauder's fixed point theorem and stability theory of functional differential equations, the conditions for the local stability of the model equilibrium point under different time delays are obtained. Reasonable parameters are selectedfor numerical simulation and the conclusions are verified.
