      初选了聚羧酸、三聚氰胺、奈系和木质素磺酸钙四种常见类型的减水剂,开展不同类型减水剂在不同掺量下的全尾砂充填料浆特性试验,研究各类减水剂对充填料浆屈服应力、塑性黏度、泌水率及充填体强度等的变化规律,通过对充填料浆的工作性能参数的综合分析,结合减水剂的成本,优选减水剂类型和掺量。研究表明:①减水剂的掺入可以显著降低全尾砂充填料浆的屈服应力、塑性粘度;②适当掺量的减水剂可以显著降低全尾砂充填料浆的泌水率,但是,低掺量的减水剂反而会增加泌水率;③减水剂的掺入会降低充填体早期强度,而对充填体中期强度影响相对较小,不同类型的减水剂对充填体早期强度影响不同;④综合比较,优选三聚氰胺减水剂,掺量为0.2%。

      Initially selected polycarboxylic acid, melamine, nano-system and calcium lignosulfonate four common types of water reducing agent, to carry out different types of water reducing agent in different dosage of the whole tailing sand filling slurry characteristics of the test, the study of the various types of water reducing agent on the filling of the change rule of the slurry yield stress, plastic viscosity, the rate of water secretion and the strength of the filling body, etc., through the filling of the slurry of the work of the performance of the parameters of the comprehensive analysis, combined with the cost of the water reducing agent, preferred water reducing agent type and dosage. Through the comprehensive analysis of the working performance parameters of the filling slurry, combined with the cost of water reducing agent, the type and dosage of water reducing agent are prioritized.The study shows that: ①Water reducer incorporation can significantly reduce the yield stress, plastic viscosity of the whole tailing sand filled slurry;②Appropriate dosage of water reducer can significantly reduce the water secretion rate of the whole tailing sand filling slurry, however, low dosage of water reducer will rather increase the water secretion rate;③The incorporation of water-reducing agent will reduce the early strength of the filling body, while the effect on the medium-term strength of the filling body is relatively small, and different types of water-reducing agent have different effects on the early strength of the filling body;④For comprehensive comparison, melamine water reducing agent with a dosage of 0.2% is preferred.
