为提升某铀矿山采场回采效率,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对采场中深孔爆破参数进行了数值模拟。基于现场矿体物理力学性质和炸药材料参数,建立了双排扇形孔全剖面三维数值模型。通过正交实验,分别模拟了不同微差时间(0 ms、25 ms、50 ms)条件下,炮孔直径(55 mm、65 mm、75 mm)、孔底距(1.5 m、1.8 m、2.0 m)和排距(1.2 m、1.5 m、1.8 m)对爆破破碎效果和采场顶柱振动的影响。模拟结果表明,微差爆破产生了应力叠加效应,为后排岩石的破碎创造了有利条件,同时有效降低了顶柱振速。当微差时间为25 ms时,岩石破碎效果最佳,当微差时间为50 ms时,采场顶柱振速最低。综合分析对比,确定了某铀矿扇形中深孔最优爆破参数:微差时间为25 ms、孔径为65 mm、孔底距为1.8 m和排距为1.5 m。 |

In order to improve the mining efficiency of stope in a uranium mine, ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used in numerical simulation of medium-deep hole blasting in the stope. A full-section 3D numerical model of fan medium-deep holes was established based on the physical and mechanical properties of the on-site ore body and the parameters of the explosive material. The influence of hole diameter (55 mm, 65 mm, 75 mm), hole bottom distance (1.5 m, 1.8 m, 2.0 m) and row spacing (1.2 m, 1.5 m, 1.8 m) on the blasting fragmentation effect of the ore body and the vibration of the roof were simulated under the conditions of different millisecond times (0 ms, 25 ms, 50 ms) by orthogonal experiments. Simulation results show that millisecond blasting produces stress superposition effect, which creates favorable conditions for the rock fragmentation of the back row, and at the same time effectively reduces the vibration velocity of the top roof. The blasting fragmentation of rock is best when the millisecond time is 25, and the lowest vibration velocity of the top roof in the stope is achieved when the millisecond time is 50. With comprehensive analysis and comparison, the optimal blasting parameters of fan-shaped medium-deep holes is determined:millisecond time of 25 ms, the hole diameter of 65 mm, the hole bottom distance of 1.8 m, and the row spacing of 1.5 m. |
