      基于多源数据,将生态基础设施建设引起的生态系统性状变化整合到生态评估模型中,为量化区域生态基础设施建设对生态系统服务价值的贡献提供一种有效解决方案。将该评估框架在浙江省德清县进行应用,结果表明:生态基础设施建设使研究区2020年的生态系统服务价值达到819.66亿元,较2010年增长了18.66亿元,增幅为2.3%;生态基础设施建设取得的成效显著,生态保护、城乡绿化、污水整治以及防洪排涝等生态基础设施建设工作对生态系统服务价值提升的贡献分别达51.6%、77.8%、4.4%、6.9%;研究区生态系统服务价值的上升区主要分布于加强生态保护的县域西部林灌地,以及进行城乡绿化、污水整治的城乡用地;下降区主要分布在森林、灌丛的质量降低区以及新增的城乡用地区域。
英文摘要:
      Based on multi-source data, changes in ecosystem traits caused by ecological infrastructure construction are incorporated into an ecological assessment model to provide an effective solution for quantifying the contribution of regional ecological infrastructure construction to the value of ecosystem services. The assessment framework was applied in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, and the results showed that:ecological infrastructure construction brought the ecosystem service value of the study area to 81.966 billion yuan in 2020, an increase of 1.866 billion yuan, or 2.3%, compared with that of 2010; ecological infrastructure construction has achieved remarkable results, and ecological infrastructure construction efforts such as ecological protection, urban and rural greening, sewage treatment, and flood prevention and drainage have contributed to the enhancement of ecosystem service value. Ecological infrastructure construction contributes to the value of ecosystem services at 51.6%, 77.8%, 4.4%, and 6.9%, respectively. The increase in ecosystem service value in the study area is primarily in the forest and irrigation land in the western part of the county, where ecological protection has been strengthened, and in the urban and rural land, where urban and rural areas have been greened and wastewater remediation has been carried out;and the decrease in the value of ecosystem services is mainly in the area where the quality of the forests and scrubland has decreased, as well as in the area of the newly added urban and rural land.
