      低渗透性砂岩铀矿资源由于原地浸出时生产效率低、浸出周期长而无法被有效地利用,已成为制约天然铀生产的瓶颈。自然界中某些特定微生物代谢产生的有机酸具有溶蚀岩石的能力。为了探讨微生物代谢有机酸对低渗透性砂岩铀矿的溶蚀作用,本文以新疆某低渗透砂岩铀矿为研究对象,研究了柠檬酸、琥珀酸、乙酸、乳酸四种微生物代谢有机酸对低渗透砂岩铀矿的溶蚀效果,通过对溶蚀前后的岩样进行XRD分析,探究低渗透性砂岩铀矿有机酸溶蚀特征。结果表明:有机酸对砂岩铀矿样本的溶蚀量为:柠檬酸>琥珀酸>乙酸>乳酸;XRD数据表明,琥珀酸较柠檬酸对石英和方解石的溶蚀作用高出0.6%和3.6%;琥珀酸作用后钠长石含量减少,柠檬酸反之。故选择其中溶蚀能力较高的产琥珀酸微生物最适合开展低渗透含铀砂岩铀矿的溶蚀试验。

      Low permeability sandstone uranium resources cannot be efficiently utilized due to low production efficiency and a lengthy leaching period during in-situ leaching, which has become a bottleneck in natural uranium production. Organic acids created by specific microorganisms in nature can dissolve rocks. This paper investigates the dissolution effect of four microbial metabolic organic acids, citric acid, succinic acid, acetic acid, and lactic acid, on low permeability sandstone uranium deposits. XRD examination of rock samples before and after dissolution was used to investigate the dissolving features of organic acids in low permeability sandstone uranium deposits. The results demonstrate that the dissolving quantity of organic acids in sandstone uranium ore samples is: citric acid > succinic acid > acetic acid > lactic acid; XRD data show that the dissolution of quartz and calcite by succinic acid is 0.6 % and 3.6 % higher than that by citric acid, respectively. Albite content reduces as succinic acid dissolves sandstone uranium ore, whereas citric acid has the reverse effect..As a result, succinic acid-producing microorganisms with high dissolution capacity are best suited to dissolving low-permeability uranium-bearing sandstone uranium deposits.
