      为实现某铀矿山的高效安全开采,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行中深孔爆破参数优化的数值模拟。基于现场岩石物理力学性质和炸药材料参数,建立了双排扇形孔全剖面三维数值模型。通过正交实验,分别模拟了不同微差时间(0 ms、25 ms、50 ms)条件下,炮孔直径(55 mm、65 mm、75 mm)、孔底距(1.5 m、1.8 m、2.0 m)和排距(1.2 m、1.5 m、1.8 m)对岩石破碎和采场顶柱振动的影响,确定最优爆破参数。模拟结果表明,微差爆破产生了应力叠加效应,为后排岩石的破碎创造了有利条件,同时有效降低了顶柱振速。当微差时间为25 ms时,岩石破碎效果最佳,当微差时间为50 ms时,采场顶柱振速最低,综合分析对比,确定了某铀矿扇形中深孔最优爆破参数:微差时间25 ms、孔径为65 mm、孔底距为1.8 m、排距为1.5 m。

      In order to achieve efficient and safe mining of a uranium mine, numerical simulation used for parameters optimization of medium-deep hole blasting is carried out using ANSYS/LS-DYNA. A full-section 3D numerical model of a double row of fan holes is established according to the physical and mechanical properties of the on-site rock and the parameters of the explosive materials. The effects of hole diameter (55 mm, 65 mm, 75 mm), bottom distance (1.5 m, 1.8 m, 2.0 m) and row distance (1.2 m, 1.5 m, 1.8 m) on rock fragmentation and vibration of roof column in the quarry are simulated by orthogonal experiments of different millisecond time (0 ms, 25 ms, and 50 ms) to determine the optimal blasting parameters. Simulation results show that millisecond blasting produces a stress superposition effect, which creates favorable conditions for the crushing of the back row of rocks, and at the same time effectively reduces the vibration velocity of the top column. The best rock crushing is achieved when the millisecond time is 25, and the lowest vibration velocity of the roof column in the quarry is achieved when the millisecond time is 50, comprehensive analysis and comparison, the optimal blasting parameters for a uranium mine fan-shaped medium-depth holes: differential time of 25ms, the hole diameter of 65mm, the hole bottom distance of 1.8m, and the row spacing of 1.5m.
