研究聚焦"双碳"目标在我国绿色低碳发展中的核心作用,特别是在城市规划领域的深远影响。济南作为黄河流域的重要国家中心城市,其低碳城市发展模式的探索尚显不足。通过深入分析Web of Science (WOS) 数据库中2002-2022年间关于双碳背景下城市发展策略的1523篇文献,借助CiteSpace软件,系统总结国际低碳城市发展的成功模式、研究热点及未来趋势,对济南未来的城市规划发展模式进行参考。研究发现,为实现城市低碳绿色发展,济南需借鉴国际先进指标体系,优化本地指标构建;同时,构建以清洁能源和低碳产业为核心的能源产业体系;并强化低碳制度的运行机制,旨在推动济南市的可持续发展进程。 |

The research focuses on the central role of the "dual carbon" target in China's green and low-carbon development, particularly its profound influence in urban planning. As a significant national central city along the Yellow River, Jinan's exploration of a low-carbon urban development model remains inadequate. By conducting an in-depth analysis of 1,523 documents related to urban development strategies under the dual carbon context published in the Web of Science (WOS) database from 2002 to 2022, and utilizing CiteSpace software, this study systematically summarizes successful international models, research hotspots, and future trends in low-carbon urban development, providing a reference for Jinan's future urban planning and development model. The study finds that to achieve low-carbon and green urban development, Jinan needs to draw on international advanced indicator systems to optimize local indicator construction. At the same time, it is necessary to build an energy and industrial system centered on clean energy and low-carbon industries. Furthermore, strengthening the operational mechanism of low-carbon systems aims to promote the sustainable development of Jinan. |
