      为研究蛇纹石粗骨料对生物屏蔽混凝土的影响,选用粒径为5~16 mm、5~20 mm、5~25 mm和5~31.5 mm的连续级配蛇纹石粗骨料配制4组生物屏蔽混凝土,开展了不同温度(25 ℃、200 ℃、300 ℃、400 ℃、500 ℃)下混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度试验以及γ射线屏蔽性能、结晶水高温稳定性研究,并通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜进行微观机理分析。结果表明,当粗骨料粒径为5~31.5 mm时,蛇纹石混凝土的性能改善效果较好,其28 d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和μ值较最小粒径组分别提高了26.36%、20.3%和7.1%;高温环境下,蛇纹石混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均随粗骨料粒径的增大而提高;随着温度的升高,抗压强度呈现先升高后降低的趋势,并始终高于28 d抗压强度值,而劈裂抗拉强度总体上呈现下降趋势;5~25 mm和5~31.5 mm粒径混凝土内部结晶水的高温稳定性较另外两组更好,中子屏蔽性能更强;微观试验表明,粗骨料粒径的增大促进了水泥熟料的消耗,水化反应更彻底,内部孔隙被填充,结构变得致密,耐高温防辐射性能提高。

      In order to study the effect of serpentine coarse aggregate on the bio-shielding concrete, continuous graded serpentine coarse aggregate with particle sizes of 5-16 mm, 5-20 mm, 5-25 mm, and 5-31.5 mm were selected to formulate four groups of bio-shielding concretes, and the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength tests of the concretes as well as the γ-ray shielding performance, crystalline water high temperature stability study were carried out at different temperatures (25 ℃, 200 ℃, 300 ℃, 400 ℃, and 500 ℃), and micro-mechanism analysis was performed by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that when the coarse aggregate particle size is 5-31.5 mm, the performance of serpentine concrete is improved better, and its 28 d compressive strength, split tensile strength and μ-value are increased by 26.36%, 20.3% and 7.1% respectively compared with that of the smallest particle size group; under the high temperature environment, the compressive strength and split tensile strength of serpentine concrete are both increased with the increase of the coarse aggregate particle size; with the increase of temperature, the compressive strength shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and is always higher than the 28 d compressive strength value, while the splitting tensile strength shows a decreasing trend in general; the high-temperature stability of the internal crystalline water of the concrete with 5-25 mm and 5-31.5 mm particle size is better than the other two groups, and the neutron shielding performance is stronger; the microscopic test shows that the increase in the particle size of the coarse aggregate promotes the consumption of cement clinker, the hydration reaction is more thorough, the internal pores are filled, the structure becomes dense, and the high-temperature radiation protection performance is improved.
