      为评估微生物浸出某铀矿石的应用前景,设计正交实验,在不同初始pH值、接种量、浸出时间和固液比条件下,分别开展了嗜铁钩端螺旋菌、嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌和嗜酸喜温硫杆菌浸出某铀矿石的研究。三株微生物对某铀矿石的最高浸出率均高于97%。浸出过程中,微生物浸出体系的pH值均呈下降趋势,Eh值均呈上升趋势。初始pH值、接种量、浸出时间和固液比四个因素对三株微生物的浸出均有影响,但对不同微生物浸铀的影响存在区别。影响嗜铁钩端螺旋菌浸出的主要因素是接种量,而嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌和嗜酸喜温硫杆菌的浸出主要受初始pH值的影响。
英文摘要:
      To evaluate the application prospects of microbial recovery of a uranium ore, uranium recovery with Leptospirillum ferriphilum, Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Acidithiobacillus caldus under different initial pH, inoculum size, leaching time and solid-liquid ratio were carried out according to the orthogonal design. The results showed the highest recovery of the three strains of microorganisms were higher than 97%. During the recovery process, the pH values of the bioleaching systems all showed a decreasing trend, whereas the Eh values all showed an increasing trend. All of the initial pH, inoculum size, leaching time and solid-liquid ratio influenced uranium recovery of the three strains of microorganisms. However, as for each microorganism, the effects on uranium recovery were different. The main factor affecting the recovery of Leptospirillum ferriphilum was the inoculum size, while bioleaching of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Acidithiobacillus caldus was mainly influenced by the initial pH value.
