      尾矿砂是矿石在经过机械破碎和分选后形成的产物,颗粒整体具有扁平度较高、圆度低以及形状极不规则等特点。尾矿砂在酸化后表面原有几何形状会遭到破坏,进而改变了颗粒与颗粒之间的接触、咬合方式等,从而影响土体的内摩擦角与抗剪强度等物理力学性质。为了揭示尾矿酸化对尾矿砂颗粒形状的影响,对尾矿砂进行化学浸泡实验,通过控制过氧化氢溶液的用量,模拟不同堆积时期尾矿砂的酸化效果。利用ImageJ图形软件对不同程度酸化的尾矿砂颗粒进行黑白二值化处理,获取颗粒形状轮廓边界,并从三个层面计算尾矿砂颗粒的形状参数值。研究结果表明,随着酸化程度的加深,尾矿砂的扁平度统计平均值从1.457降至1.332;尾矿砂的圆度统计平均值整体略有增加;而尾矿砂的形状系数统计平均值则从0.843增加至0.876。此外,采用分形理论讨论了酸化对尾矿砂颗粒形状轮廓的影响,结果表明,随着酸化程度的加深尾矿砂颗粒形状逐渐规则化。

      Tailings sands are products of ore formed by mechanical crushing and separation, with high flatness, low roundness and irregular shape as a whole. The original shape of tailings sand will be destroyed after acidification, which will change the contact and biting mode between particles, thus affecting physical and mechanical properties such as internal friction angle and shear strength of soil. In order to reveal the influence of tailings acidification on the shape of tailings sand particles, chemical immersion experiments were carried out to simulate the acidification effect of tailings sand in different accumulation periods by controlling the amount of hydrogen peroxide solution. ImageJ graphic software was used to binarize tailings sand particles with different acidification degree in black and white, obtain the shape contour boundary of the particles, and calculate the shape parameters of tailings sand particles from three levels. The results show that with the deepening of acidification degree, the statistical average flatness of tailings sand decreases from 1.457 to 1.332; The statistical average roundness of tailings sand increases slightly as a whole. The statistical average of shape coefficient of tailings sand increases from 0.843 to 0.876. In addition, the influence of acidification on the shape and profile of tailings sand particles is discussed by fractal theory. The results show that the shape of tailings sand particles becomes more regular with the deepening of acidification degree.
