本研究以突变体肌红蛋白(myoglobin,Mb)F43H/H64A Mb为骨架,通过原卟啉锌(zinc-protoporphyrin,ZnPP)、原卟啉钴(cobalt-protoporphyrin,CoPP)替代蛋白天然辅基血红素(heme)的方式制备了两个新的重组肌红蛋白(reconstituted myoglobin,rMb),命名为ZnPP-F43H/H64A Mb和CoPP-F43H/H64AMb,并对其光稳定性和光催化降解染料活性进行了研究。结果显示,ZnPP-F43H/H64A Mb具备更好的光催化降解亚甲基蓝的能力,ZnPP-F43H/H64A具有光不稳性。 |

In this work, two reconstituted myoglobins (rMb), ZnPP-F43H/H64A Mb and CoPP-F43H/H64A Mb, were prepared by replacing the natural heme of F43H/H64A Mb with zinc protoporphyrin (ZnPP) and cobalt protoporphyrin (CoPP). Their photostability and photocatalytic activity for dye degradation were also studied. The results showed that although ZnPP-F43H/H64A Mb has a certain ability of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue, it was also photounstable. |
