      涂装车间在喷涂过程中会产生大量含有漆雾的喷涂废气,在处理喷涂废气之前需对其中的漆雾进行预过滤,在干式喷房中纸盒式漆雾过滤器由于更经济环保,越来越多地被投入使用。针对运行参数对过滤器过滤效率的影响,利用计算流体力学对折流板式纸盒过滤器的过滤效果进行了数值模拟研究,对过滤器的设计参数提出了优化建议。结果表明:设计参数对过滤器过滤效率的影响较大,过滤器对10 μm以下的漆雾颗粒过滤效率在10%~20%,过滤效率较低,对于10 μm以上的漆雾颗粒,过滤效率随粒径的增大而升高,对60 μm及以上的漆雾颗粒过滤效率达99%以上,部分大颗粒漆雾掉落至过滤器内,可实现漆雾储存;过滤器过滤效率随进口流速的增大而降低,随漆雾浓度的增大而升高,设备进出口压差随进口流速的增大而增大,但远低于喷房压阻限制。

      A large amount of spraying exhaust gas containing paint mist will generate in the painting workshop, and pre-filtration of the paint mist is required before treating the spraying exhaust gas. Carton type dry spray booth paint mist filters are increasingly put into use because they are more economical and environmentally friendly. The effect of operating parameters on the filtration efficiency of the filter was studied by numerical simulation using computational fluid dynamics on the filtration effect of the folded plate carton filter, and suggestions were made for the optimization of the filter design parameters. The results show that:the design parameters have a large influence on the filter filtration efficiency, the filter filtration efficiency for paint mist particles below 10μm is 10%~20%, the filtration efficiency is low, for paint mist particles above 10μm, the filtration efficiency increases with the increase of particle size, the filtration efficiency for paint mist particles of 60 μm and above reaches more than 99%, some large particles of paint mist fall into the filter, which can realize the paint mist Storage; filter filtration efficiency decreases with the increase of the inlet flow rate and increases with the increase of the paint mist concentration, the pressure difference between the import and export of the equipment increases with the increase of the inlet flow rate, but is much lower than the limit of the spray room Piezoresistive limitation.
