本研究旨在探究松木生物炭联合油菜修复Pb污染农田土壤的效应。在湖南省湘潭县某地的Pb污染农田中施用不同量(0、200、400、600 g/m2)的松木生物炭改良土壤,研究了松木生物炭对油菜生物量、根际土壤中Pb质量比与形态分布及油菜各器官中Pb的累积和转运的影响。结果表明:施用400和600 g/m2松木生物炭显著降低了油菜根际土壤中Pb的质量比,且Pb的质量比低于《土壤环境质量 农用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 15618—2018)中规定的Pb的风险筛选值。松木生物炭增加了油菜根际土壤中Pb的可还原态比例,降低了其残渣态比例,促进了油菜植株对Pb的吸收和累积;400和600 g/m2生物炭处理的植株中Pb总量较对照组显著增加,植株的生长受到抑制。生物炭改变了Pb在油菜器官中的累积与分配格局;油菜根、茎部位中Pb的质量比增加,而籽粒中Pb的质量比显著降低;400 g/m2生物炭处理的籽粒中Pb的质量比达到最小值。这些结果综合表明,施用≥400 g/m2的松木生物炭联合油菜可以修复Pb污染农田,且显著降低油菜籽粒中Pb的质量比。 |

This study aimed to explore the effect of pine biochar combined with rape on the remediation of lead-contaminated farmland. Different amounts of pine biochar (0,200, 400, and 600 g/m2) were applied to lead-contaminated farmland to improve the soil in Xiangtan County, Hunan Province. The effects of pine biochar on rape biomass, lead mass ratio and morphological distribution in rhizosphere soil, and lead accumulation and transport in various organs of rape were studied. The results showed that applying 400 and 600 g/m2 pine biochar significantly reduced the lead mass ratio in rape rhizosphere soil. The lead mass ratio decreased to lower than the risk screening value specified in the soil Environment Quality Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Agricultural Land (Trial) (GB 15618—2018), which was in line with the national soil safety standard. Pine biochar increased reduced lead proportion in rape rhizosphere soil, reduced residual lead proportion, and promoted lead uptake and accumulation in rape plants. The total amount of Pb in plants treated with 400 and 600 g/m2 biochar was significantly increased compared with the control group and inhibited the growth of the plants. Biochar changed the pattern of lead accumulation and distribution in rape organs. Lead mass ratio in the roots and stems of rape increased, while the lead mass ratio in the grains decreased significantly. The lead mass ratio in the grains treated with 400 g/m2 biochar reached the minimum value. These results indicate that the combined treatment with pine biochar of 400 g/m2 and rape can restore lead-contaminated farmland and significantly reduce lead mass ratio in rape grains. |
