      本文开展绳状青霉直接浸铀研究,探索培养温度、培养时间、接种量对铀浸出率的影响;同时开展绳状青霉代谢产物浸铀研究,探索不同pH值的绳状青霉代谢产物的铀浸出率。结果表明,当培养温度为35 ℃、培养时间为3 d、接种浓度为0.1%时,绳状青霉直接浸铀的铀浸出率为70.13%;当绳状青霉代谢产物的pH值为2.6时,铀的浸出率达到峰值,为82.58%。

      In this paper, the direct uranium leaching of Penicllium Funiculosum was studied, and the effects of culture temperature, culture time and inoculation amount on uranium leaching rate were investigated. The uranium leaching rate of Penicllium Funiculosum metabolites with different pH values was also studied. The results showed that when the culture temperature was 35 ℃, the culture time was 3 d and the inoculation concentration was 0.1%, the uranium leaching rate was 70.13%. When the pH value of the metabolites of Penicillium rope was 2.6, the uranium leaching rate reached the peak of 82.58%.
