通过一步水热法合成Ag/BiVO4复合材料,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜等分析其结构及形貌等物性特征,并于可见光下评价其光催化降解盐酸四环素的性能,实验结果表明,Ag的引入可显著提高BiVO4的光催化性能:Ag/BiVO4(物质的量之比为Ag∶Bi=1∶15)具有最佳的降解活性,其光催化降解盐酸四环素反应的速率常数为纯BiVO4的2.5倍。电化学交流阻抗测定结果显示,Ag的引入可有效降低BiVO4材料的电化学阻抗,有利于光生载流子的分离,进而可提高其光催化性能。 |

Ag/BiVO4 composites were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method. The structural and morphological characteristics were analyzed by XRD andSEM techniques. Then the photocatalytic performance of tetracycline hydrochlo-ride degradation was evaluated under visible light. Experimental results show t-hat the introduction of Ag can significantly improve the photocatalytic perform-ance of BiVO4. Ag/BiVO4(Ag∶Bi=1∶15) gives the best photocatalytic activity, itsrate constant of photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride was 2.5 times that of pure BiVO4. EIS results show that the introduction of Ag can e-ffectively reduce the electrochemical impedance of BiVO4 material, which is b-eneficial to the separation of photogenerated carriers. As a result, the introduction of Ag makes Ag/BiVO4 a promising photocatalyst for photocatalytic degra-dation of tetracycline hydrochloride. |
