      为研究废陶粒透水混凝土的配比对透水混凝土性能的影响,通过正交试验分析陶粒掺量、颗粒级配及水灰比对透水混凝土孔隙率、抗压强度、透水性能的影响。结果表明:随着水灰比及掺入陶粒大粒径质量占比量的增大,透水混凝土的抗压强度降低,透水系数增大。试验最优配比方案为:陶粒掺量40%,陶粒级配为m(5~10 mm)∶m(10~15 mm)=6∶4,水灰比为0.3,该组合下透水混凝土抗压强度为25.2 MPa,透水系数为3.9 mm/s。
英文摘要:
      In order to study effect of the incorporation ratio with waste ceramsite on characteristics of the pervious concrete, the effects of cera-msite content, particle size distribution and water-cement ratio on porosity, compressive strength and per-meability of pervious concrete were analyzed by orthogonal tests. The results show that the compressive strength of pervious concrete decreases and the water permeability coefficient increases with the increase of water-cement ratio and the mass proportion of large particle size mixed with waste ceramsite. The op-timal mixing scheme is as follows:the ceramsite content is 40%, the ceramsite gradation is m(5~10 mm)∶m(10~15 mm)=6∶4, water cement ratio is 0.3, the compressive strength of pervious concrete under this combination is 25.2 MPa, and the permeability coefficient is 3.9 mm/s.
