      应用微机恒温式车辙试验系统对路面结构模型进行滚动疲劳加载试验,模拟行车荷载造成的剪切-弯拉-剪切循环作用,进行裂缝扩展情况跟踪监测,研究在基层和面层层间铺设湿铺高分子卷材防治反射裂缝的效果,并通过试验路进行验证。研究表明:卷材结构裂缝生成时间晚,扩展过程缓慢,且裂缝宽度较细,初裂和终裂疲劳加载次数较无卷材结构分别提高87%和190%。卷材通过自身组成材料特性协助面层受力,上层杜拉纤维增强网起到加筋作用,中间高分子树脂胎体起到应力吸收作用,胎体两侧自粘沥青胶层能够在常温下与基层和面层良好黏结,同时起到应力吸收作用。以水泥胶浆替换乳化沥青粘层,卷材结构初裂和终裂疲劳加载次数再次提高18%和11%,水泥胶浆水化反应增强了复合结构层间黏结和裂缝两侧面层层底联结,将应力传递到面层两侧,有效消除裂缝处的应力集中现象。

      The microcomputer constant temperature rutting test system is used to carry out rolling fatigue loading test on the pavement structure model, simulate the shear-bending-shearing cycle effect caused by vehicle load, track and monitor crack propagation, and research the laying of wet installed high polymer coiled material between the base layer and the surface layer. The effect of coiled materials in preventing and controlling reflective cracking has been verified through test roads. Results show that:the coiled material structure cracks are formed late, the expansion process is slow, and the crack width is finer, the fatigue loading times of the initial and final cracks are increased by 87% and 190% respectively compared with the non-coiled material structure. The coiled material assists the surface layer to bear the force through its own characteristics of constituent materials, the dura fiber reinforced net acts as a reinforcement, the polymer resin carcass plays a stress absorption role, and the self-adhesive rubber layer on both sides of the carcass can adhere well to the base layer and surface layer at room temperature, and plays a role in stress absorption. Replacing the emulsified asphalt sticky layer with cement mortar, the fatigue loading times of the initial and final cracks of the coiled material structure are increased by 18% and 11% again. The hydration reaction of cement mortar enhances the bonding between the layers of the composite structure and the connection between the bottom of the layer on the two sides of reflective cracking, effectively eliminate the stress concentration phenomenon at the crack.
