      龙门式玻璃钻孔机横梁跨距大、机头组件重,在机头横向运动时横梁由于机头自重而容易产生较大变形,导致机头主轴与工作台不垂直,难以满足上下双向对钻的加工精度要求。为提高龙门式钻孔机横梁的刚度,文章运用有限元软件对其进行了静动态分析,并对横梁加强筋的形状、位置及结构进行改进,结果表明改进后横梁的变形量减少了24.4%,质量减少了9.7%,一阶模态频率提高了10%,这不但提高了横梁的刚度,保证机床的加工精度,而且减轻了横梁的重量,节约了成本。

      The crossbeam of the gantry glass drilling machine has a large span and heavy head assembly, and is easy to produce large deformation because of the head self-weight when the head moves laterally, so that the head spindle is not perpendicular to the worktable, which is difficult to meet the machining precision requirements of up and down two-way drilling. In order to improve the stiffness of the crossbeam of the gantry drilling machine, the static and dynamic analysis is carried out by using the finite element software, and the shape, position and structure of the reinforcement structure of the crossbeam are improved. The results show that the deformation of the crossbeam is reduced by 24.4%, the mass is reduced by 9.7%, and the first-order modal frequency is increased by 10%, which not only improves the stiffness of the crossbeam, but also ensures the machining accuracy of the machine tool. And the weight of the crossbeam is reduced and the cost is saved.
