尝试于分子印迹材料中引入具有电子得失响应的交联剂N,N′-双丙烯酰胱胺,结果成功制备了一种氧化还原响应型刺芒柄花素分子印迹聚合物(molecularly imprinted polymer,MIP),该材料对模板分子刺芒柄花素不仅具有良好的选择性(选择系数α 2.851,相对选择性因子β 7.898),而且还具有可降解、载药量高(优化条件下最大载药量值达31.170 mg/g)、氧化还原响应性强(还原条件下药物累积释放量达42.43%,而非还原条件仅为10.09%)等优点,这对抗氧化、预防骨质疏松、抗乳腺癌等的智能给药系统研究具有一定的参考价值。 |

Through introducing N,N′-bisacryloylcystamine, which was a cross-linking agent with electronic gain and loss response, into molecularly imprinted materials, the study prepared a redox-responsive formononetin molecularly imprinted polymer(molecularly imprinted polymer, MIP) successfully. The material not only had a good selectivity to the template molecule formononetin(the selectivity factor α was 2.851, relative selectivity factor β was 7.898), but also had a degradability and high drug loading (the maximum drug loading reached 31.170 mg/g, under optimized conditions). Besides, its redox response was strong(the cumulative release of the drug under reducing conditions was 42.43%, and the non-reducing conditions was only 10.09%). As a result,the research had certain reference values on intelligent drug delivery systems about anti-oxidation, prevention of osteoporosis, and anti-breast cancer. |
